With increased environmental regulations and government pressure to minimize waste, RAMCO recognized the importance of adding slurry water recycling to our available services. We are one of only a few companies to offer this service in all of Southern California.
RAMCO uses a filter press to take slurry water and produce a filtrate completely free of suspended solids. The water is used on-site for dust control, saving valuable resources in the current drought. The cement solids are then turned into a very low-moisture cake which are added back to our construction material products.
RAMCO can help you legally dispose of slurry water in an environmentally safe manner, either on-site at our Rialto and Escondido facilities, or by using our portable filter press which is available for on-site use throughout Southern California.
The source of recycled clean aggregate is mixed and may come from homeowners, contractors and municipalities bringing in concrete from foundations, curbs and gutters, demolished buildings, sidewalks, patios concrete pools, roads, highways, airport runways and more.
